Beth Tarduno, MEd, OT/L

Beth has over 18 years completing safe-passenger assessments for clients needing vehicle modifications. She advocates for client needs as she maintains a strong ethical perspective on appropriate recommendations as she supports families throughout the entire process to obtain their modified vehicle.

A common modification may be a mini-van with a ramp, however she also has experience with recommendations for full-size vans, pick-up trucks, and special seat arrangements. Her experience allows creative solutions to difficult situations, as she works with the families, multiple agencies, and local vendors.

Beth has been an occupational therapist (OT) for over 4 decades, specializing in neuro-rehabilitation. She earned her Master of Education in 2012 from the Margaret Warner School of Education at the University of Rochester.  Prior experience includes teaching at Nazareth College in the OT department, working in acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, and home health. Beth has been a certified NYS Department of Motor Vehicles driver instructor and is a member of the National Association of Driver Rehabilitation Specialists (ADED) and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
